Mick Pocock Joins Specto Technology as Environmental Monitoring Manager

Specto Technology is pleased to announce that Mick Pocock has joined the firm as Environmental Monitoring Manager. Mick will focus on developing and supporting the firm’s air quality monitoring products, that include Aeroqual’s dust and gas monitoring systems. This will include conducting training for customers, providing after-sale support and managing equipment calibration & servicing.

Mick has a decade of experience in various aspects of air quality and noise management, including ambient and industrial emission monitoring and modeling, regulatory compliance, environmental management, site remediation and workplace exposure risk assessments. He has conducted air quality and noise monitoring programs for a range of industries including mining, waste, construction, manufacturing, and transport.

A native of Australia, Mick most recently served as an Environmental Air & Noise Consultant for Golder Associates, at which he performed environmental impact assessments, business development activities, strategy development and project management for air quality assessment and monitoring programs.

With these added capabilities, Specto looks forward to assisting customers with their air quality monitoring requirements in the near future.
