Topcon equipment is serviced at Topcon's State-of-the-art Service Center in Kansas. Once you submit this form, we will start the process of authorizing your unit to be calibrated or repaired.

By selecting the checkbox above, I, the undersigned, hereby certify and affirm that the goods being returned under this Return Material Authorization (RMA) form have not been exposed to or come into contact with any substances or conditions that could compromise their integrity or safety. Specifically, I certify that the returned goods have not been exposed to: Toxic, hazardous, or dangerous chemicals and/or materials; Biological or infectious substances; Radiological testing processes. This certification is made with the understanding that the provision of false information may result in the rejection of the RMA request and could lead to potential legal action against me or my organization for any damages or liabilities that arise from the provision of inaccurate information. I understand that this certification is a prerequisite for the processing of the RMA request and that failure to comply with these conditions may result in the forfeiture of any rights to return or replace the goods in question.

All equipment sent to Specto Technology must be properly and completely cleaned, decontaminated, and made safe to handle before being returned for calibration or repair.
